The Willow School’s student-led Genius Hour was featured on NJ News 12’s Education Matters segment this week! Practiced by innovative companies like Google, at Willow, the program gives Grade 3, 4, and 5 students dedicated time to explore a passion or interest and develop a project that demonstrates their understanding and mastery of the topic. This year alone, students have used the hour to design and build their own roller coasters, organize and launch their own after school program for younger students, plan fundraisers that raised over $1000 for Elijah’s Promise, and more!
