Thai Kitchen in Chester is one of our favorite Thai restaurants. Our favorite appetizers are the Thai Spring Roll and the Chicken Satay. They have a large assortment of entrees including the classic Pad See Ew and the spicy and savory Pad Cashew. We also recommend the green Gang Kiew Wan curry. They serve lunch and dinner Monday – Friday from 11 am to 8 pm, Saturday from 12 pm to 8 pm, and Sunday from 4 pm to 8 pm. Next time you are craving a break from cooking dinner, consider this exceptional Thai Fusion cuisine that will bring joy to all taste buds.

Cafe Azzurro is a local Italian restaurant in Peapack. Through the pandemic, they have been working hard to keep their business running by providing take-out to customers. Their menu is diverse and has a range of food from veal dishes to gourmet plates of pasta. Our personal favorites are the gondola ravioli and their eggplant rollatini. They also have delicious appetizers to offer, including Mozzarella Carrozza, as well as a variety of soups and salads, such as the Minestrone di Verdura and their baby greens salad. They serve dinner daily and lunch Monday to Friday. By ordering from this restaurant during these hard times, you will be supporting a local business while giving yourself a break from cooking.

Finally, we wanted to let you know about The Restaurant Employee Relief Fund, which was created to help restaurant industry employees who have been hit particularly hard in the wake of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak. Through this Fund, grants will be made to restaurant industry employees who have been impacted by COVID-19, including a decrease in wages or loss of employment. Grants will be awarded, according to the organization’s website, to those individuals who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, as reviewed and verified by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation (NRAEF).
