How to Apply
Our application for the 2026-27 school year is open! Submit your application by February 1, 2026 to be considered in the first round of acceptances, which will be released in early March.
After our application deadline, The Willow School operates on a rolling admissions basis, and families will be notified of acceptance within four to six weeks after the application is submitted. Select spots are still available for the 2025-26 school year! We also accept mid-year transfers for select grades, depending on availability.ย

STEP 1

STEP 2
Submit Your Application
Click here to start your application. You will need to create an account to complete the application. There is a $75 application fee.
STEP 3
Student Visit and
Teacher Meet-and-Greet
Once your application is received, you will be contacted by the Director of Enrollment Management to schedule a student visit and teacher meet-and-greet.
Notification of Decision
Families will be notified in the first round of admissions decisions in March and on a rolling basis after that. To secure your childโs spot, please return the contract and tuition deposit within two weeks of the acceptance date.
