How to Apply

Our application deadline for the 2026-27 school year has passed. Those who have applied by February 1 will be considered in the first round of acceptances, which will be released in early March.

After our application deadline, The Willow School operates on a rolling admissions basis, and families will be notified of acceptance within four to six weeks after the application is submitted. We also accept mid-year transfers for select grades, depending on availability.

STEP 2

Submit Your Application

Click here to start your application. You will need to create an account to complete the application. There is a $75 application fee.

STEP 3

Student Visit and
Teacher Meet-and-Greet

Once your application is received, you will be contacted by the Director of Enrollment Management to schedule a student visit and teacher meet-and-greet.

Notification of Decision

Families will be notified in the first round of admissions decisions in March and on a rolling basis after that. To secure your child’s spot, please return the contract and tuition deposit within two weeks of the acceptance date.
