Thank you for registering for The Willow School’s summer camp, Willow in the Woods! We are so excited to have your family join us this summer. Please review the following information and download necessary forms to make sure that you are ready for camp.

Required Health Forms

To ensure the safety of our campers, we require the following medical consent forms before camp begins. Current Willow students do not need to submit these forms unless there is a change. For campers not currently enrolled at Willow, please scan or photograph all forms and send them to Willow’s school nurse, Leeann, at schoolnurse@willowschool.org, with “Summer Camp Medical Forms” in the subject line of your email, or mail them to The Willow School Summer Camp at 1150 Pottersville Road, Gladstone, NJ 07934. Please submit the following medical forms by May 15.

Payment Details

A $25 per week deposit is due at the time of registration. After registration, you will receive an invoice for the full amount of camp. Full payment is due no later than May 1, 2024.

Cancellation and refund policy: Deposits are non-refundable. If you must cancel, please reach out to summer@willowschool.org. Written notice of cancellation must be received by Willow by May 1, 2024 to receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit. After that date, families will be responsible for the full fee.
