NGC Development, LLC was formed in 2016 by Nat Conti as part of a project to help preserve the existing parish house of the St. Bernard’s Episcopal Church in Bernardsville. The parish house will be converted to 4 luxurious residences, along with 16 new additional residences, under the name “The Heritage at Claremont”. NGC Development will also build a beautiful new parish hall adjacent to the existing church. Construction on the new parish hall started April 2nd, and construction on the new residences will follow right behind it. This project will not only help the parish of St. Bernard’s, but will also help preserve a Bernardsville landmark for generations to come.
