Students in Grades K-8 will be participating in this year’s Winter Arts Evening on Thursday, December 14. Artwork displays and concerts will all be in the Barn.

To help reduce congestion in our hallways, we have created three separate viewing times for artwork. Grades K-2 families should arrive at 4:15pm to view art before the concert (students must report downstairs by 4:50pm). Grades 3-5 families should arrive by 4:45pm to settle in for the concert (students must report downstairs by 4:50pm); artwork will be on display for Grades 3-5 families to view from 5:45-6:15pm. Families with students in Grades 6-8 should arrive no later than 6:15pm to view artwork before the concert and prepare for their musical performance (students must report downstairs by 6:50pm).

Here’s a detailed schedule:

• 4:15 – 4:50 pm – Artwork is available for viewing (K-2)
• 5:00 – 5:45 pm – Lower School Concert (Grades K-5) 
• 5:45 – 6:15 pm – Artwork is available for viewing (Grades 3-5)
• 6:15 – 6:50  Artwork is available for viewing (Grades 6-8)
• 7:00 – 7:45 pm – Middle School (Grades 6-8) Concert
