Attend Our Grades 4-8 Fall Open House!

Wednesday, October 25 • 9:00 a.m. or 3:00 p.m.

Discover a better school experience at Willow! At our upcoming Open House, you’ll see how innovative academics and an unrivaled school culture and community create a positive environment where students thrive. Here are some of the many unique qualities that set Willow apart:

Small School That’s Big on Community

While Willow students are part of a small class with an optimum student-teacher ratio, they also belong to the greater school community.  Every child is known by faculty members, administrators, and students across every grade. Our Virtues Program sets the standard and guides the daily practice of kindness, respect, courage, compassion, and other attributes that we all live by. Moreover, our students cannot fade into the background. They learn to develop and manage relationships with classmates and others. Our caring community extends beyond the classroom, with many school-wide events coordinated by our inviting and involved Parents’ Association and service learning opportunites for students that help them discover their ability to make a difference.

Nurturing Curiosity with Experiential Learning

From age 3 to Grade 8, Willow students learn by doing. They are presented with authentic and meaningful experiences and are encouraged to ask questions and use their natural curiosity to think critically, make connections, test out ideas, reflect, and effectively communicate with others. Experiential learning at Willow is joyful, hands-on, and relevant to children’s lives. This way of learning empowers every student to be more curious, tackle the challenges they face, engage in their education, and take responsibility for themselves and their world.
