• Understanding Identity Through Systems Thinking
  February 25 at 4 p.m.
  Explore a Willow fourth grade social studies project that uses the skills of systems thinking to help students understand the complexity of identity. By examining their own identities, from what they enjoy to their family’s culture and even to genetics, fourth-graders are discovering just how complex we all are. This appreciation helps students deepen their self-understanding, build their empathy, dismantle stereotypes, and appreciate different perspectives.
