Event Details

We are very excited for this year’s Halloween Celebration on October 29, coordinated by our amazing Parents Association! The Johnson Family, our founding family, will also be hosting a special tea for current parents and grandparents on this day. Please be on the lookout for an invitation and more details in the coming days!

In the meantime, here is a bit more information about Halloween at Willow and the Grandparents Tea:

  • Willow’s costume policy is designed to promote creativity, inclusion, and sustainability. Costumes should represent characters found in literature, science, nature, history, or from a class lesson. Costumes should not be violent, gory, or scary, or involve weapons. When possible, homemade costumes made of environmentally friendly materials are preferred. Protective masks will still need to be worn during class Halloween parties.
  • A special Grandparents Tea for both the grandparents and parents of currently enrolled Willow students will be hosted by Gretchen and Jim Johnson at their home nearby in Pottersville from 10-11:00am. Check your email for a virtual invitation and RSVP link!
  • Our Outdoor Halloween Parade starts at 11:30am, and parents and grandparents are invited to attend!
  • Students will be dismissed at noon on October 29. The PA will host an informal gathering on campus at noon following dismissal for families to take pictures together.

If you have questions about these celebrations, please reach out to the main office. More information will be coming very soon!
