New safety requirements have kept many of us from seeing family or friends this fall. To give us time to connect with each other while preserving our community’s safety, we are planning a whole-school switch to distance learning for the two weeks following our Winter Break. This means will we be on break from December 21-January 1 and will learn remotely from January 4-January 15, returning to campus for in-person instruction on Tuesday, January 19. If you plan to travel to a state on the advisory list over Winter Break, please return to New Jersey by January 4 and plan to quarantine for the two weeks before we return to in-person learning. While this additional time may not completely insulate our community from illness, we believe it will significantly reduce the risk of community spread.
